Pre-printed registers recording details of pupils registered to attend the National School.  Recording pupil’s full name, dated of entrance, register number, date of birth, religious denomination, (general Roman Catholic) residence, position or occupation or parent or guardian (generally farmer), and the name and county of the last national school at which the pupil attended, if relevant.  
For each year of attendance at the For each year of attendance includes the total number of days attended, class in which enrolled, date of admission to that class.  It then indicated if the pupil was ‘promoted’ (to next class), not promoted, or struck of the rolls.  Includes Index to pupils names.
